I am the first point of contact for clients who get in touch with Square Box and my focus is to put the client and customer care at the forefront of my day. It is my responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the office and, with over 40 years’ experience in business, managing to keep the other Boxers in line is nothing I can’t handle!

A genuine people person, my background in retail and running my own business, has led me to find Square Box – an environment where I can use my past knowledge to support and benefit our clients.  I genuinely care about getting results and so the Square Box ethos is perfect!

At Square box not only do we get to tailor the training to the needs of our clients we also have the flexibility to really focus on the necessary requirements during the actual training and for me as a trainer who genuinely cares about getting results the Square box ethos is perfect. When you invest time in people and see them progress and have that light bulb moment it just doesn’t get any better. The People side of management is definitely the most challenging,  having over 30 years’ experience in management and training, I love that businesses are now recognising the importance of getting it right!

My background is in business development and I’ve over 25 years’ experience working in the hospitality, travel and event industries across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and Middle East. 

I’ve always loved helping businesses achieve greater success and I am now using that experience in tandem with my passion for learning and personal development, to help companies unlock the potential in their teams and drive business growth through their most important asset – their people.
